This online training offers interactive equipping that introduces the “coaching the person” paradigm and its application/use with the IDEA Coaching Pathway, along with four coaching micro-skills of (assessing, surfacing, challenging and forwarding).
Four hours of online learning sessions featuring a series of TRAC coaching videos (included) that need to be watched/completed before attending the live online training sessions.
Four, live, online training sessions focused on learning and practicing coaching the personal development of others. Each day consists of four hours of instruction.
