In partnership with The Breakthrough People, this online training offers interactive equipping that introduces the “coaching the person” paradigm and its application/use with the IDEA Coaching Pathway, along with four coaching micro-skills of (assessing, surfacing, challenging and forwarding).

Before the Training:

Four hours of online learning sessions featuring a series of TRAC coaching videos (included) that need to be watched/completed before attending the live online training sessions.

Live Training:

Four, live, online training sessions focused on learning and practicing coaching the personal development of others. Each day consists of four hours of instruction.
