In partnership with The Breakthrough People, this online training offers interactive equipping that introduces the four core coaching skills (listening, expanding, focusing and empowering) as well as the IDEA Coaching Pathway.

Before the Training:

Four, online pre-sessions that need to be completed before the live online training.

Live Training:

Four, live, online training sessions focused on learning and practicing conducting breakthrough coaching conversations. Each day consists of four hours of instruction.
