Cheryl has been in full-time ministry for thirty years including thirteen years in the pastorate and seventeen years as a denominational leader.

Cheryl served as Director of Leader Development for over 400 churches in the eastern USA, coached and mentored professional and business women, pastors wives and married couples. She has coached church planters and facilitated church planter incubators. Cheryl is certified in Natural Church Development and enjoys a ministry of teaching and preaching.

Cheryl is passionate about serving as a Spiritual Guide to journey with leaders moving them towards spiritual maturity. She is a practitioner of the ministry known as Leader Breakthru and is co-founder with her husband Dave of THE SUMMIT…a resourcing ministry that empowers leaders both in the church and the marketplace, to discover and live out the purpose of their life’s journey for Kingdom impact.

Cheryl lives with her husband in Maine. She holds a BA in Biblical Studies and a MA in Ministry from the University of Biblical Studies and Seminary, Bethany, Oklahoma.

Cheryl loves her family, her dog Jackson, the mountains and kayaking in the ocean and lakes, and “most of all” how God loves and surprises her by continuing to come for her heart in amazing and intimate ways.
