Brad is one of the top LifePlanning consultant in the U.S. and has been certified in the Birkman Method. Brad has done LifePlans with over 100 leaders, as well as trained, consulted and coached leaders in leadership development principles. He also serves on staff with Church Resource Ministries (CRM).
Brad Sprague served on the national revitalization team with Church Resource Ministries (CRM). Brad specializes in training and coaching church leaders in a personal and corporate renewal process called Focusing Leaders and Refocusing the Church.
Brad coordinated a pilot project with Saddleback Church, Kentucky United Methodist, and CRM to develop a process to help transition fifty traditional churches to Purpose Driven. Brad’s vision is to bring focus to leaders & their ministries by helping them discover God’s work in their past, who He made them to be, and what He is calling them to accomplish. He also serves as a leadership development consultant with California Southern Baptist, and Orange County Southern Baptist.
Prior to assuming this role with CRM, Brad served on staff at Saddleback Church from 1994-96 as the Young Adult Pastor. While on staff at Saddleback, Tom Paterson trained him in the LifePlanning process. Brad has conducted approximately sixty individual lifeplans for leaders from across the nation.
He started and developed a successful campus ministry at the University of California Irvine from 1988-94, and prior to this planted churches in Nashville, Tennessee, and Fort Worth, Texas. Brad started and developed a thriving landscape business before entering ministry. He and his wife, Marty, are both experienced in speaking and mentoring leaders.

Brad is married to Marty an author and speaker. Brad and Marty have three adult children Amy, Chris and Abby. They live in Irvine, California where they have been for 13 years.
