Marketplace Breakthrough assembles a cohort of business leaders who are hungry for a breakthrough in their personal development as leaders, led by a trained, Leader Breakthru cluster facilitator.
Each quarter leaders experience:
Training… 1-day of teaching and training in leadership development… new ideas and tools focused on personal growth.
Focused Discussions… 2-meetings per quarter, 90-minutes, meeting with other members of the group for focused discussion and taking the concepts deeper.
Phone Coaching … 4-phone coaching appointments (60-minutes each) for each leader, helping to take the application of the concepts personal.
